  • Vertical — a category tag the AI tunes against (specialty food, indie beauty, hobby gear, and a few more).
  • Brand name — what shows up in the reply signature and the reorder alerts.
  • Sample voice — paste one support reply you liked and we map the register, sentence length, and warmth to it.
